About the Creator
Dr Bethany Kelly is Director of Programmes in the Faculty of Education at the University of Buckingham and has extensive experience in teaching, middle leadership, senior leadership, and teacher education. Across her career she has held deputy headship roles with both academic and pastoral responsibility, alongside significant work in staff development, mentoring trainee and early career teachers, and educational leadership. Bethany completed her Doctorate in Leadership, Identity and Gender and has presented research nationally on leadership and teacher educator identity. With experience both applying for and recruiting to a wide range of educational roles, she brings a combination of practical recruitment insight, leadership expertise, and research-informed understanding of career progression in education.
