About the Creator

Dr. Maria O’Neill is an experienced education leader specialising in wellbeing, pastoral care and personal development. She is currently Head of PSHE and eCadets Co-ordinator, leading whole-school provision with a particular focus on eSafety and digital wellbeing.

An Advanced Skills Teacher, Maria has led a range of teaching and learning initiatives, including work on Assessment for Learning, and has extensive experience supporting teacher development. She is also CEO and Co-founder of Healthy Toolkit HQ, an organisation dedicated to supporting schools with pupil and staff wellbeing.

Alongside her practical work, Dr Maria O’Neill holds a PhD in Educational Leadership, with a focus on values-based leadership and curriculum design, bringing a strong blend of research insight and real-world application to her work with schools.
